Estuary Flow
Estuary Flow prices $0.75 per GB moved on a single meter, plus a capped per-connector fee around $100 / connector / month. Crucially, CDC and streaming cost the same as batch, which makes Estuary the cheapest managed answer for sub-minute Postgres CDC at mid-market scale.source - pulled 2026-06-21
Pricing model
Consumption: $0.75/GB moved + $100/connector/month (capped); CDC and streaming priced the same as batch.

2026 changes
Lowered $/GB rate Q1 2026; added BYOC deployment option.

Pricing in detail
The $/GB meter is symmetric: a streaming workload moving 250GB / month is billed identically to a batch workload moving 250GB / month. There is no streaming premium, which is unusual in the category.
The free tier covers up to 10GB / month and two connectors - enough to run a real proof-of-concept on a small Postgres source. BYOC (bring your own cloud) is now available for compliance-driven deployments.
When to pick Estuary Flow
Pick Estuary when the workload is CDC-heavy, streaming-shaped, or both. The single $/GB rate makes forecasting straightforward and avoids the wide-vs-narrow distortion of MAR or event pricing.
Avoid Estuary when the source mix is mostly long-tail SaaS - the catalogue is narrower than Fivetran or Airbyte and the streaming-native architecture is overkill for daily batch.
Mid-market estimate
For a 50M-MAR mid-market profile, the published rate produces an estimated subscription line of $690/mo. 5 connectors + ~250GB CDC throughput at published $/GB.source - pulled 2026-06-21Run the full TCO at /tco-calculator.
