Connector
NetSuite as a pipeline source
NetSuite is the most-asked finance source in mid-market data stacks. Major vendors cover it via the SuiteAnalytics Connect ODBC interface, with REST and SOAP fall-backs for objects SuiteAnalytics doesn't surface. Premium pricing is the norm because NetSuite-specific connectors carry maintenance overhead.source - pulled 2026-06-21
Coverage by vendor
| Vendor | Status | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Fivetran | Native (SuiteAnalytics + REST) | Premium-tier connector; deepest schema coverage |
| Airbyte | Native (REST + ODBC) | Cloud and OSS; verify object coverage matches your subsidiary structure |
| Stitch | Native | SuiteAnalytics-based; stable but freshness lags |
| Hevo | Native | Event meter can be expensive for full-table replication |
| Portable | Native | Flat $200/mo regardless of subsidiary count |
| Estuary | Not native | Use Fivetran or Airbyte upstream |
NetSuite in detail
SuiteAnalytics Connect (the ODBC interface) is the modern path. REST/SOAP are needed for objects SuiteAnalytics doesn't expose. Saved searches are sometimes the only way to extract custom records. Confirm with the NetSuite admin which interface the connector uses and whether that interface covers your customisations.
NetSuite multi-subsidiary deployments often surprise pipeline buyers - each subsidiary may need separate credentials and per-subsidiary connector instances. Budget for the connector-count multiplier.
